What began as Mint Indian Cuisine & Lounge in Clarksville is entering a new era as Ellora. The name changes; the kitchen, the warmth, and the community it serves do not.
A North Indian foundation
The menu is rooted in North Indian cooking — Chicken Tikka Masala, Goat Biryani, Palak Paneer, Garlic Naan — all made to order with fresh ingredients. Indo-Chinese favorites round out the table, reflecting the breadth Ellora has always embraced.
South India joins the table
Ellora is expanding southward, adding dosas and other bright South Indian flavors to a menu that already spans the subcontinent. More of India, all in one dining room.

Every dish is made to order, with spice levels you choose. Vegetarian, vegan, and halal options are woven throughout — there's always something right for everyone.
The room behind the meal
Leather booths, stone-textured accent walls, and warm ambient lighting set the scene. The full lounge serves beer, cocktails, and wine — refined enough for a celebration, relaxed enough for a Tuesday.
